Faisal and Awais are 6th Generation lineage holders for Wu Shi Tai Ji Quan and Qigong. The are trained in multiple therapeutic techniques, as well as essential self defence methods, using a syllabus handed down through the centuries. Both are fully capable of adapting classes to suit elderly patients or students with special needs/learning difficulties, and they can teach in group classes or personal training sessions.

Faisal is also trained in stage/screen combat, and has worked alongside actors, celebrities and stuntpersons, as well as with a wide variety of martial artists. He is a fully qualified fitness/gym instructor and has also spent several years teaching children in primary and secondary schools, as well as youthclubs. He provides specialised care to community centres & residential care homes, and teaches at a few university clubs.

Awais is a Senior Lecturer at London Southbank University and specialises in integrated medicine. His work is primarily focussed on students at university level, and he also teaches specific qigong classes at hospices for the seriously ill and the terminal.

They offer home visits and are available for seminars and demonstrations.
