What is Tai Ji Quan?
Tai Ji Quan means Supreme Ultimate Boxing.
It is an effective system of self defence, a comprehensive Chinese martial art and a deep and extremely effective health exercise.
It is often described as a ‘Meditation in Movement’, and it functions both as simple exercise (promoting muscle tone, flexibility, strength and balance) and on a deeper level as a ‘Qi Gong’.
