We offer courses of treatments using Deep Tissue Bodywork, Sports Injury Massage, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tui Na Massage/Chinese Acupressure, and Cupping.

Our treatments and therapies use Integrated Medicine, combining Western Scientific Theory with Traditional Chinese Medicine, to provide a holistic treatment programme tailored to suit each unique individual.

We also offer Personal Training, group classes and seminars in Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi) and Qigong.
