We offer courses of treatments using Deep Tissue Bodywork, Sports Injury Massage, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tui Na Massage/Chinese Acupressure, and Cupping. Our treatments and therapies use Integrated Medicine, combining Western Scientific Theory with Traditional Chinese Medicine, to provide a holistic treatment programme tailored to suit each unique individual. For clients wishing to engage on a deeper level with their bodies and psyches, we offer a complete syllabus of Traditional Wu Style Tai Ji Quan & Qigong.
We prefer tailoring classes to each student individually, both to facilitate an appropriate introduction for beginners, and to ensure consistant progress in the more advanced.
Tai Ji Quan & Qigong classes are booked specifically for small groups or individuals. Corporate clients requiring the instruction of large groups are catered for seperately. For more details see our Tai Ji Quan & Qi Gong page.
